How it works.

We author the drive. You take it. Nothing in between —
no guide, no group, no one hovering, and no one to call because nothing will need calling.

The process

Four steps. Then the road.

01

Read the route

Published in full on every edition page: roads, towns, stays, verdicts. Take it without us.

02

Choose how you’ll take it

Take it on your own. Or send your dates from the edition page and the house books every stay in your name at the same rates, by request. Or have the house assemble it into one of twelve copies. Two free ways, one thing the house makes.

03

Receive the dossier

Assembled editions only: wax-sealed route book, cassette playlist card, numbered tag and placard, every reservation made in your name with our advisor privileges attached.

04

Drive

The spine is set. Everything else — the pace inside each day, the detours, the silence — is yours. Assembly is authored once, at ship; after that every reservation is in your name and yours to move.

The authored route book.

The authored route

Drive notes, timings, and the reasons behind every call.

A hotel arrival, booked in your name.

Bookings in your name

Made through our advisor standing at standard rates — breakfast, credits and upgrade priority where the house allows. Yours, not ours.

The dossier objects that arrive before the drive.

The objects

Dossier, cassette card, tag, placard. Props for the trip, cues for the memory.

Field notes from the scouting drive.

The private layer

Assembled editions contain things along the way we won’t describe.

Authored, never summoned.

There is no concierge line and no group chat, on purpose. Everything the house gives you is placed in advance and bounded by design — then it steps out of the frame. If a pass closes or the weather turns on an assembled edition, the house rewrites your day before you have finished breakfast; you will never be asked to manage it. The trip is yours the moment you turn the key. That is not a missing service tier. It is the product.

Can I customize an edition?

No. The route is the route. If you want a different route, take the public one and change it yourself — that’s free. An assembled edition is the route as authored, and the price selects for people who want it that way.

Do destinations pay to be included?

Never. No tourism-board money, no placement fees. The traveler is the only client — the route serves you or it doesn’t ship.

Why only twelve copies?

Because a copy is a placed seat in a two-week window, not a file. Edition 001 is twelve; each edition’s count is set at release and never reprinted. A route stops being itself when everyone’s on it.

What does booking through the house actually involve?

A request, not a service. You send dates and party size from the edition page; within five business days every stay is booked in your name at the property’s standard rate, with our advisor perks where the house extends them. One round of changes goes through us, then the hotel is yours to call. The hotels pay us; you don’t.

The route is the route.

Edition 001 takes deposits this winter.
